• 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to confirm the reservation. • Final payment requested up to 30 days prior to arrival. • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, results in 50% of the stay (deposit will not be refunded). • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival results in 100% charge of the stay. • No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.

• Extra-guests in rooms are not accepted unless stated differently. • Due to the particular construction of the Hotel (on the cliff), for safety reasons, the property does not feature any children facilities and therefore children under the age of 13 years old are not accepted.
